Refund Policy

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you upgrade to a Starter or Pro plan and are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment. No questions asked. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with the email address associated with your account.

Renewals

The 7-day guarantee applies to your first payment only. Renewal charges — monthly or annual — are not eligible for refunds. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the billing date from your account settings.

Annual Plans

Annual plan payments are covered by the same 7-day guarantee from the date of purchase. After 7 days, annual plans are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time and continue to use your plan until the end of the billing period.

Downgrades and Cancellations

When you downgrade or cancel, your current plan stays active until the end of the billing period. We do not issue partial refunds for unused time on a billing cycle. Your data is never deleted — if you exceed your new plan's limits, existing content stays live but you won't be able to add more until you're within limits.

Free Plan

The Free plan has no payment attached and is not subject to this policy.

Storefront purchases

Products sold on a seller's biokit storefront are paid for through PayPal. Biokit does not hold the funds and is not the merchant of record — the seller is.

If you bought a product and want a refund, contact the seller directly first (their PayPal email or contact details are usually on the receipt). If they don't respond, you can open a dispute through the PayPal Resolution Center. PayPal's Buyer Protection covers most consumer purchases.

If you're a seller, you issue refunds from your own PayPal account. Biokit does not process refunds on your behalf.
