By accessing or using Biokit ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Biokit provides a link-in-bio platform that enables users to create customizable profile pages, manage links, sell digital and physical products, and track analytics. The Service is available in free and premium tiers.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to update it as needed. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws. You must not upload content that is harmful, offensive, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you create and publish through the Service. By using Biokit, you grant us a limited license to display and distribute your content as part of the Service.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Premium features are available through paid subscriptions. Pricing is displayed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Storefront Payments and Seller Responsibilities

Biokit lets sellers list products on their storefront and accept payments through PayPal. Biokit is a software platform, not a payment processor.Payments are processed directly between buyers and sellers by PayPal under PayPal's terms. Biokit does not hold funds, does not act as a merchant of record, and is not a party to the transaction.

Sellers are solely responsible for:

• Fulfilling orders and delivering products or services
• Issuing refunds directly from their PayPal account
• Paying any applicable taxes, including VAT and sales tax
• Resolving disputes and chargebacks raised through PayPal
• Complying with the PayPal Acceptable Use Policy (no firearms, controlled substances, counterfeit goods, etc.)
• Providing accurate product descriptions, pricing, and contact information

Biokit may suspend any seller whose dispute rate, chargeback rate, or fraud rate is materially higher than the platform average, or whose account violates these terms or the PayPal Acceptable Use Policy. We may also remove specific products or stores without notice if they appear to violate the law or these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Biokit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
